3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking Process
Customers can book auto shipping services by contacting us at 888-404-4084 or using our online booking system. When booking, customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the vehicle and shipping destination. FAS reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings at our discretion.
3.2 Pricing and Quotes
FAS provides free quotes for all auto shipping services. Pricing is based on several factors, including the type of vehicle, the distance of travel, the mode of transport (enclosed or open carrier), and the pickup/delivery locations. Quotes are subject to change based on real-time variables, including fuel prices and carrier availability.
3.3 Payment Terms

3.4 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking with FAS up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the total shipping cost.
3.5 Refunds
If you cancel a service and are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
4. Shipping Terms and Responsibilities
4.1 Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are in operable condition at the time of pickup unless otherwise specified.
- Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before shipping. FAS is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
- The vehicle must have no more than a quarter tank of fuel at the time of pickup.
- Customers must be present at the pickup and delivery locations or appoint an authorized representative to inspect the vehicle at both points.
4.2 Inspection and Damages
- Before pickup, an inspection of the vehicle will be conducted by the carrier, and a Bill of Lading will be created documenting the vehicle’s condition.
- Upon delivery, the customer or an authorized representative must inspect the vehicle and note any damages on the Bill of Lading. Failure to do so may void the customer’s right to file a damage claim.
- FAS is not liable for damages that are not noted at the time of delivery.
4.3 Insurance
All vehicles shipped by FAS or third-party carriers are insured. While carriers provide coverage, it is the customer’s responsibility to understand the limits of the carrier’s insurance policy. Additional insurance can be purchased upon request. FAS advises all customers to check their personal auto insurance policies to determine whether vehicle shipping is covered.
4.4 Non-Delivery or Delays
FAS will make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your vehicle. However, delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical failures are beyond our control. FAS is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from delays in delivery.
4.5 Unclaimed Vehicles
If a customer fails to accept delivery within 48 hours of notification, additional storage fees may apply. Vehicles left unclaimed after 30 days may be considered abandoned and subject to sale to recover costs.
5. Liability and Indemnification
5.1 Limited Liability
FAS is not responsible for damage to vehicles caused by natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, or other force majeure events. Additionally, we are not liable for damages resulting from mechanical issues, battery failure, or normal wear and tear during transport.

You agree to indemnify and hold FAS, its employees, affiliates, agents, and contractors harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services, including violations of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute, FAS will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in the state and federal courts located in Florida.
